We want you to be completely satisfied when you shop with us and have tried to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. Simply browse the store, and add any items you wish to buy into the basket. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order.

Ordering through the website is currently only available for residents of the UK. If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order please contact us on 0845 094 8837 or at customerservice@janetrozzo.com  with your order details and we will provide you with a quote for delivery.

When you receive confirmation of your order from us, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us yet. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
