Unwanted Items
At Jane Trozzo Ltd we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. For this reason we have tried to make our returns policy simple.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your order purchase we will refund or exchange any item as long as both the packaging and the goods remain intact and are returned in perfect condition within 7 working days. Your return must also include the returns form included with your invoice. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original delivery charge and we don’t offer Freepost on returned items. An original receipt must be provided.

To make a return, fill out the form which was included with your invoice/delivery note, giving the reason for return and post the item securely in its original packaging.  Return to Jane Trozzo RETURNS, 47 Portsmouth Road, Horndean, Hants, PO8 9LNe recommend you use an insured, registered delivery service and ask for proof of postage from your post office. We cannot refund items lost or broken in transit. 

Returns are dealt with as soon as they arrive; however, during busy periods please allow 14 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Cancellation of your order before dispatch
You may cancel your order (once the order has been accepted by us), for any reason, up to the point where we dispatch it. If you do cancel within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Faulty or damaged goods
We do everything to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition. Each item is checked when we receive it into our warehouse and again before we send it out. However, in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, where the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, the item will be exchanged or refunded where possible, within the first 14 days of purchase.

Damaged goods must be reported to us, in writing please but NOT on the reverse of the delivery note, within 48 hours of delivery of the goods. This can either be done by email to customerservice@janetrozzo.com 
or to ‘Jane Trozzo RETURNS, 47 Portsmouth Road, Horndean, Hants, PO8 9LN. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damages reported.
